SAMPLE SALE

I've gotten a lot of questions about sample sales - what are they, when do they happen, how do you get invited etc. So I thought I would share a little info.

WHAT IS A SAMPLE SALE?

Sample sales are often associated with the fashion industry. These sales are an opportunity to get new or near perfect merchandise at a fraction of the price. Generally the merchandise was used as company samples. The merchandise is not worn or used (ie returns like you will see at off-price stores).

Brand that have sample sales are not the same brands you can find at off-price stored like Marshall's or TJMaxx. Generally these designer sample sales are a great way to get high quality designer clothing at a fraction of the price.

It is often difficult to have information on the date and time of sample sales, as they are not publicized, and considered private sales for elite customers and VIPs.
