It is good, very very GOOD!

I partnered with Goodwill Industries of Michiana about 2 years ago. It was probably the best decision I have made in a long time.

Not only do I treasure my business relationship with this organization, but I respect what they are doing in our community. In addition to providing jobs (which in my community is vitally important), they provide high quality merchandise at great prices (also something my community desperately needs). Filling the void, every time, in amazing unexpected ways.

Last week, Goodwill of Michiana offered the first (of what I hope will be ) annual Spring Fashion Show. The Little Black Dress Fashion show and Luncheon was - well, WOW! Over 250 people attended this fundraiser. Attendees were able to bid on silent auction items (and let me say, attendees OUTBID me on several silent auction items!), were able to shop through a Boutique (which I was lucky enough to do ahead of time...you should see the look I got!...post coming soon!), and be entertained with a high energy fashion show.

WSBT was the media partner, Cari Peugeot (meteorologist from WSBT) was the Emcee, and Deb Miles from B100 radio was our fab celeb model.

It really was a great event - people are STILL talking about!

The South Bend Tribune graciously had a write up from this event in the paper. Check it out here:
